Apartment hunting can be both fun and challenging! Finding an apartment that’s affordable, in a good location and up to your living standards are just the first things you need to worry about when choosing the perfect apartment. Whether you’re a first-time apartment renter, or you’ve been in the game for a while, you’ll want to ask some important questions before you sign a lease and collect your keys. We’ve put together the top twelve questions renters should ask property managers BEFORE signing a lease.
Your monthly rent starts at $1370* for one bedroom. Please remember that utilities such as water, trash, sewage, CAM (Common Area Maintenance), pest control, etc… are not included and are billed separately and due on the 1st of each month with rent. You are able to pay online or in the leasing office with a money order, cashier check or personal check. Late and Legal Fees are applicable if paid after the 4th of the month.

Guests are welcome. Please remember that you are responsible for your guests and their actions at all times. Also, you must be with your guests for them to utilize the Community Amenities.
To submit a work order you are able to do so online through our resident portal or directly with the leasing office via email, phone or in person. Maintenance is here 7 days a week and available after hours for emergencies.
We are not a smoke free community. But, we do ask residents to be courteous of others when smoking.
We have carports available on a first come first serve basis. To utilize the covered parking you must have a parking permit assigned by the leasing office (ONLY 1 per apartment). Also, we do have detached garages available for an additional monthly charge.
We do require Liability Coverage either through the Insurance Company of your choice or through RLL (Renter’s Legal Liability) which is a waiver and a monthly fee (due with monthly rent). Should you decide to use your own you must provide a current copy of the Declaration Page to show coverage.
If you need to break the lease we do require that you give a 60 notice to vacate and pay the applicable Lease Termination Cost prior to move out.
Subletting is not permitted at anytime.
Upon, renewal of your lease the average increase percentage is 5%.
We do allow you to paint your apartment walls professionally. Upon move out, you must return it to the original color to avoid additional fees. Should you want to change something in your apartment, please contact the leasing office to be sure it is allowed prior to doing so.
We are a pet friendly community and have no weight limits only breed restrictions (contact the leasing office for details). Also, there is a 2 pet maximum per apartment.
The move-in costs vary depending on move-in date, credit, and background, as well as residence history.
